Calvary Church

I have attended Calvary for seven years and been a member for four. I have been so blessed by the worship and the teaching here.

I retired in early 2016, and having worked for so many years, I needed something to fill the hours! The opportunity arose for me to volunteer in the office at Calvary, and then in the fall of 2018, I was asked to work one day a week and become a member of the staff.  The best part of my job has been getting to know the other members of the staff and marvel at the talents and abilities God has given each one. My job consists of assisting other staff members, answering the telephone and answering emails, and working on the database.

I have three children, a daughter and two sons. I also have four granddaughters and three great-granddaughters. Those little ones are such fun!  My daughter and son-in-law live north of Chicago; I am blessed to have my youngest son living here in Valpo and I see him often, and my other son and family live in Naples, Florida, a great place to visit.
